Will I be able to shop for products listed on Valiram 247 in your physical stores as well?

We try to carry all products online and offline. However, certain products are online exclusive to Valiram 247.

I saw a product on Valiram 247 that is not online anymore. But I want to get it? How do I go about this?

If you can no longer find the item online, it means that it is out of stock.
However, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter or follow our social media platforms @Valiram to stay in touch with new product updates.

Will you restock sold out or unavailable products?

We will do our best to restock sold out or unavailable products. However, we are unable to guarantee when it will be back in stock. Certain products such as Limited Edition items will be not restocked once it's sold out.

Why some of the products lower in prices as compared to retail prices? Are these defective or really old products?

We carry both new arrivals, sale items as well as clearance products. Clearance products are markdown items that are out of season and hence, are priced lower than the new arrivals in-store. We assure you that all our products have undergone rigorous quality control checks before we put them online.

How do I know if the products are authentic?

Our products and offerings are expertly curated from the brands Valiram represents in the region. We guarantee all items sold within Valiram 247 are 100% authentic. Visit our corporate website to get to know us! website to get to know us!

Is there any gift wrapping or gift boxing services available? Or can I request gift boxing for my products?

Unfortunately at this moment we do not offer any gift wrapping or gift boxing services for any purchases on Valiram 247.

Why am I receiving my orders in separate parcels or deliveries?

As some of our products may sit in a different distribution location, whenever there is an order that contains products from different distribution centre, we will shipped these products in a separate parcel or delivery. Most of the time these products falls under the Food & Beverage Category, or some fashion brands, please see list of brands affected by this:

Orders

Can I buy online and pickup in a store?

Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to offer a store pickup alternative during the Movement Control Order.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Once an order is placed, you may no longer make changes to it.

Payment Methods

When placing an order on Valiram247.com, only one payment option may be used per transactional order.
You may choose to use the following payment option during checkout:

  • Credit or Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
Please note: All cards are charged immediately upon placement of a successful order.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Can I use two payment methods to pay for a large purchase?

Unfortunately, only one payment option may be used per transactional order.
If you wish to use two different payment method, you may spilt your order into two separate transaction orders. As two separate transactional orders they will have separate Order Numbers. There is however, a minimum order value for free shipping.

Is the payment gateway safe?

Valiram 247 uses the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.

Secure Shopping Guarantee has been established for every transaction made with www.valiram247.com.

If any unauthorised charges were to appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with Valiram 247, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Help! my payment didn't go through!

There might be an issue with your payment method or the card you are using during the online transaction.
Please check with your respective bank or financial institution about why your card was rejected to rule out any possible errors on their end.

What if I accidentally hit refreshed my browser while paying! What do I do?

Every successful Valiram 247 transaction will trigger a confirmation email and subsequently, an email containing a tracking number.

If you didn't receive any of the above, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-81-6267 or email us at cs@valiram247.com for confirmation and to prevent duplicate orders if you wish to resubmit your order again.


Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for orders totalling RM350 & above, and shipping is only available within Malaysia.

All orders under RM350 will incur a shipping fee per order, please check our shipping page for more details.

All our products are shipped by local courier services and details for tracking your order will be provided in the Order Tracking Email, once an order is shipped.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.

When should I expect my products to be shipped?

Most orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of your purchase. Products are sent out for shipping once they are being packed, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
Please note: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Malaysia.

Why am I receiving my orders in separate parcels or deliveries?

What if I am shipped the wrong product, colour, or size?

If we shipped you the wrong product, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in your Order History. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the product you ordered and the product you received.

What if I received a damaged item?

If the package you received is damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in your Order History.

What if I am missing an item from my order?

As some of our products may sit in a different distribution location, whenever there is an order that contains products from different distribution centre, we will shipped these products in a separate parcel or delivery. In this case, you might received one or two parcel before the other, fret not, as another delivery will be made for missing order from the first parcel.

For products that falls under the Food & Beverages category, and some fashion brands will be affected by this, please see list of brands affected by this:

If the there is still a missing item in the parcels you received, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately.

When will I receive my tracking number?

At our distribution centre, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information.

However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our distribution centre and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours. All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to courier service provider.

What if I haven't received my order after 7 business days?

We try our best to ensure that you receive your products within 7 business days.

However, from time to time there might be a delay in deliveries due to high volume of orders or unexpected circumstances. Do contact our Customer Care Team at at 1-800-81-6267 or email us at cs@valiram247.com, if you think that it is unusual for your shipping to be delayed.

 

What if I am not around when my products arrive?

If you missed the delivery, our shipping services partner would have provided you with a 'Missed shipping' card, which contains detailed instructions on how you can easily reschedule the next delivery.

Do you ship orders to multiple addresses?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

Why can't I ship an item I want from the Malaysia to another country?

Currently Valiram 247 does not participate in cross border shipping.


Returns

What are your policies on returns, exchange and refunds.

If you received a damaged or defective product, you may request for an return or exchange of the affected product by contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-81-6267 or email us at cs@valiram247.com, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. 

All products purchased from Valiram247 must be returned unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full refund to your payment method. Returns charges are not free and will be borne by the customers.

Please note: All personal items such as swimwear, undergarments (including shapewears), hosiery, engraved jewellery, earrings, and clearance items are and Not returnable. In-store return is also not applicable for online purchases. Please see full list of non-returnables here.

What about non-returnable items?

All personal items (eg. personalised items), swimwear, undergarments (including shape-wear), hosiery, engraved jewellery, earrings, and clearance items are non- returnable. In-store return is also not applicable for online purchases. Please see full list of non-returnables here.

Please note: If returns include non-returnable item, we will return the item back to the original shipping address without a refund / exchange. And the shipping fee will be charged and the cost borne by the customer.
