Warranty Terms

Luggage

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, luggage is protected from the original date of purchase by a 5 -year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the luggage proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use (wear and tear excepted) anytime within the 5 years from date of purchase, we will repair or replace the item with the same or comparable product free of charge. Defective luggage will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement. The limited warranty period of 5 years shall in no event restart or be prolonged by a repair or replacement of any part of the luggage.

The liability of Valiram shall cease if (a) the customer or a third party carries out repair or modifications to the luggage or modifications without prior written approval by Valiram; (b) the customer fails to appropriately mitigate damages resulting from a defect.

Manufacturing defects include but are not limited to defective zippers, locks and handles. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or any damages arising from accessories, consumable parts or products, such as portable batteries, purchased from third parties to use in conjunction with the luggage.

Watches

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, watches are covered from the original date of purchase under the respective brand’s warranty, the period which may vary according to the individual brands (proof of purchase is required).  Please refer to the full warranty language in the warranty booklet that comes with your watch. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

The warranty period shall in no event restart or be prolonged by a repair or replacement of any part of the watch.

Conditions & Exclusions

The warranties offered herein by Valiram247 are non-transferable and do not cover products that have been modified, repaired, incorporated or added in any way by the customer. The warranty shall not apply to visible defects. The warranty shall not apply to products damaged during transport or due to improper use.
