Defects and Damaged Items
If the item you received has defects, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately.
Before you call, please have your order number available, you will also have to prepare and provide the proof of the damaged or defective item through images.
Please take pictures of the said item so that our Customer Care Team can assess and proceed with your request. All products purchased from Valiram247 must be returned unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full refund to your payment method. Returns charges are not free and will be borne by the customers.
Please note: All personalised items, swimwear, undergarments (including shapewears), hosiery, engraved jewellery, earrings, and sale items are final sale and non returnable. In-store return is also not applicable for online purchases. Please see full list of non-returnable items below. If any returns include a non-returnable item, we will send back the non-returnable item to the original shipping address without a refund / exchange.
