Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales made through this website are final and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable due to the nature of discounted merchandise.
Exceptions apply only to defective or damaged products, which will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Defects and Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request for a refund of the affected product by emailing us at cs@valiram247.com within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Items sold as “items with minor imperfections” are not eligible for return, as these minor issues are purely cosmetic and do not affect functionality.
Before you call, please have your order number and SKU number available. Your SKU number may be found in your Order Confirmation page listed below the product size/color. Please provide proof in pictures of the defective or damaged item so that our Customer Care Team can assess and proceed with your request. If you do not know your order number, please refer to your account page to find the number in your Order History.
Return requirements for eligible items:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- Returns must be sent to the Valiram247 warehouse. In-store returns are not accepted.
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
Once a return is initiated, our logistics provider will schedule a pickup. You may request a return tracking number 2 days after collection.
Please note:
- Items sold as personalized, swimwear, undergarments (including shapewear), hosiery, engraved jewellery, earrings, sale/clearance items, or items with minor imperfections are final sale and non-returnable.
- If a return includes any non-returnable items, they will be sent back to you at your shipping address, and any shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
