The Golden Box Terms & Conditions

· Exchange

All Golden Boxes purchased from Valiram247 are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. In-store exchange is also not applicable for online purchases of the Golden Box.

 

· Returns & Refund

Defects and Damaged Products

Orders of the Golden Boxes cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.

However, if you received a damaged or defective product, you may request for a return or exchange of the entire Golden Box by contacting our Customer Care Team at 1-800-81-6267 or email us at cs@valiram247.com, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Before you call, please have your order number available, you will also have to prepare and provide the proof of the damaged or defective item. Please take pictures of the said item so that our Customer Care Team can assess and proceed with your request. If you do not know your order number, please refer to your account page to find the number in your Order History.

ALL products in the Golden Box(s) purchased from Valiram247 must be returned unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full refund to your payment method. Returns charges are not free and will be borne by the customers.

Please note: All sale products are final sale and non-returnable. In-store return is also not applicable for online purchases.
