In line with the Conditional Movement Control Order by the Malaysian Government, and our continued prioritisation of the safety of our staff and customers, Valiram stores are now open but please check for specific store opening hours before heading to our stores as some stores has a shorten operational hours.

We would like to take the opportunity to reassure you that the safety and well-being of our customers and staff will always remain a top priority.

3 things you need to know about our package safety approach:

  • We keep social distance at least 2 meters (6 feet) away from each other
  • We wash our hands well and often to avoid contamination
  • We clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
To give you more flexibility when you shop with us online, you can now return your purchased items within 45 days of receiving your order (for any purchase during the period of MCO up until June 9, 2020). Returns may currently take a few additional days to reach us. We guarantee refunds for all eligible returns within approximately one week of receipt at our distribution centre.

 What are you doing to ensure safety?

We would like to reassure you that the safety and well-being of our staffs and customers will always remain a top priority here at Valiram.

We are adhering to all appropriate health and hygiene standards in line with guidance from the Ministry of Health. We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at all of our distribution centre that is still in operation and ensuring our people only report for work if they are fit and healthy.

Delivery deadlines are adjusted at check-out to accommodate all of the extra precautions we are undertaking to ensure our employees health and well-being, frequent hand washing, wearing face mask and social distancing recommendations are being enforced at our distribution centre.

What about the safety of your drivers?

We organise the return pick-ups directly from your home, so there is no need to go to a post office or other drop-off location.

Are you operating a normal delivery service?

Home deliveries are still guaranteed, with commitment to the highest standards of sanitary safety, with the exception of zones where access is restricted by local authorities. The estimated shipping time will be extended to 7 -10 Business Days.

If my order is delayed does that affect my returns period?

We have also extended our returns deadlines up to 45 days for any purchase during the period of MCO up until June 9, 2020, beyond the usual 30 days to allow for any required flexibility.
